By accessing or using KIUFX AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.
KIUFX AI is a multi-currency dual basket grid hedging trading system that provides automated trading tools, AI-powered parameter recommendations, and cloud synchronization across devices.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
KIUFX AI offers subscription plans on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. All payments are non-refundable.
DMwithQAF LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the KIUFX AI software for personal or business trading purposes during your active subscription period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMwithQAF LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading losses.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately without notice for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in Wyoming courts.
