End User License Agreement (EULA)

KIUFX AI Trading System

1. Definitions

"Software" refers to KIUFX AI desktop application, backend services, and related components. "Licensee" refers to the individual or entity that has purchased a subscription.

2. License Grant

DMwithQAF LLC grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on up to the number of devices permitted by the subscription plan.

3. License Restrictions

Licensee shall not:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Software for time-sharing or service bureau purposes
• Transfer the Software to any third party without written consent

4. Intellectual Property

The Software and all intellectual property rights are owned by DMwithQAF LLC. This EULA does not transfer ownership.

5. Updates and Support

DMwithQAF LLC may provide updates, patches, and technical support during the active subscription period. Support is provided via email at [email protected].

6. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.

7. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. DMwithQAF LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DMwithQAF LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, OR DATA LOSS.

9. Acknowledgment

By installing or using the Software, Licensee acknowledges that they have read this EULA and agree to be bound by its terms.
